Our cloth mitter has been designed and improved in order to wash/polish the top horizontal surface of the vehicles. The frame of this aggregate is a glass pearl blasted stainless steel construction. Two baskets hold the textile tapes.
You can either order this aggregate as front-to-back-mitter or as side-to-side-mitter. The front-to-back-mitter moves in horizontal driving direction. The side-to side-mitter moves across to the direction of movement.
If you deploy this aggregate with a broadened frame you can construct other components underneath like our sill-washer or our on-board high-pressure sill and wheel washer.
The sprinkling system works with full cone nozzles. The actuation is effected by one electric motor. The textile tapes are mounted on rods segmental-wise so that they can easily be exchanged.
